Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently only accept PayPal
Q: How long does dispatch take?
A: We try to ship as quickly as possible after receiving payment. In normal circumstances it takes 1-3 work days to process an order. We do not pick and pack on weekends or holidays.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Our service is fully traceable on websites such as usps.com

A: We ship worldwide
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped, otherwise, you will be refunded 95% if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase because we will charge 5% cancellation fee. (Normally, you will receive the refund within 3 working days) Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied.
Products
Q: How is your clothing sized?
A: Our clothing and footwear tends to come up on the small side as it is Asian. We suggest buying one size larger than you normally wear but please check the chart carefully before purchase and make sure you are buying the product for the measurements and NOT the size.
Q: What sizes do you stock?
A: Most of our clothing comes in small through XL or 2XL. Again please check measurements carefully and don’t worry if you need to purchase 2XL – as mentioned, these are Asian sizes and they do come up smaller than Western. It doesn’t mean you are extra, extra large! :)
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING GOODS. DO NOT RETURN THEM TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE AS THAT IS OUR SHIPPING AGENT AND WE WILL NOT RECEIVE THE PARCEL BACK.
Q: What should I do if I change my mind once I’ve received my purchase?
A: Please contact us at the email address below or by the Contact Us button on this website. We are happy to accept products back providing they are in their original packaging and unworn and undamaged. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and that we must receive the product before we can refund you.
Q: What should I do if my purchase is faulty?
A: Please contact us at the email address below or by the Contact Us button on this website, telling us what the issue is and enclosing a photo of the fault or damage. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault.
Q: What should I do if my purchase doesn’t fit?
A: Please contact us at the email address below or by the Contact Us button on this website. We do ask that you check measurements carefully before purchase so we will deal with this on a case by case basis. As noted in the listings, garments are measured by hand, so please allow for a possible small difference to the chart.
Q: Where are returns sent to?
A: Returns must be sent to our international warehouse in Shanghai.
