Estimated time = Shipping processing time + Shipping delivery time.

I. Processing time: Within 5-7 Business Days (including: Quality control, Packing & Sorting).

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 
  • We will reserve a tracking# from USPS once order placed which means the shipping status may be stopped at  "PRE-SHIPMENT" or "Label Created, not yet in system" around 5 business days before the package arrives at our distribution center in CA,US.

        Flat Rate Shipping (10-20 business days) - Free (order $69+)
        Expedited Shipping(8-14 business days) - $9.99
        Expedited Shipping(8-14 business days) - $6.99 (order $69+ )

        PS:

        *Shipping Zone does not include the territories and uninhabited island possessions.
        *Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
        *If you have got a tracking#, customer service has rights not to reply your email within Estimated time.

         

        Something you need to know before ordering:

        1. For delivering successfully, Please write your complete address includes Apt# Street City,State and your mobile number. Recheck the address during checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by unavailable mobile/address cannot be compensated.
        2. Bellizimos cannot be responsible for accurate shipping time and will not offer full refunds because an order arrived later than expected.
        3. If your order was mishandled/lost by carrier, you can get your money back via paypal dispute.
        4. Bellizimos is not responsible for Customs House Taxes which is happened sometimes according to the Local Regulations.
        5. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Bellizimos DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
